Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who can see it.

What We Collect
Your name, mobile number and email when you sign in or book; the event details you give us; and the photos and videos we shoot for you.
How We Use It
To confirm and run your booking, deliver your album, send booking messages by SMS or email, and answer support requests. We do not sell your information.
Your Album
Albums are private by default. Only you and the people you invite by link, QR or passcode can open them, and you can remove access at any time.
Face Search
If you use Find My Photos, we match your face with the faces in that album only. Face data for an album is deleted when the album expires.
Storage
Your album is kept in Snaptle Drive free for 3 months. After that it stays only if you continue storage at ₹99 a month; otherwise it expires.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or your album, by writing to contact@snaptle.in.

Terms & Conditions

What you agree to when you book a shoot.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the advance is paid. The balance is settled around the shoot. Prices are the ones shown to you while booking.
Coverage
Every package includes the hours shown on it. Extra hours and add-ons are charged at the prices shown while booking.
Cancellations and Date Changes
Refunds and date changes follow the policy shown to you before you pay. Date changes depend on availability and our approval.
Delivery
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the event, or within 1 hour of the event ending with On-Spot Edit. Delivery is to your private Snaptle Drive album.
At the Event
Please make sure our Snaptler has access to the venue and that the organiser allows photography and filming. We cannot shoot what we are not allowed to.
Your Photos and Videos
You may use your photos and videos freely for personal use. Snaptle keeps the right to store them in order to deliver the service.
Fair Use
Do not misuse the site, share other people's albums without permission, or try to open albums that are not yours.

Photo & Video Posting Consent

When we may show your photos and videos on our social media and website.

Only With Your Approval
We post photos or videos from your event on Snaptle's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or website only if you have approved it. Without your approval they stay in your private album.
What Approval Covers
Your approval lets Snaptle show selected photos and reels from your event as examples of our work. It does not transfer ownership, and we do not sell them to anyone.
People in Your Photos
When you approve, you confirm that the main people in the photos, and the parents or guardians of any children, are comfortable with them being shown.
Saying No
Approval is optional. Saying no does not change your price, your delivery or your album in any way.
Changing Your Mind
You can withdraw approval at any time by writing to contact@snaptle.in. We will take the photos or videos down from our pages. Copies already shared by other people are outside our control.
